RETURN EXCHANGE & REFUND
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order even if it has been validly placed. The circumstances in which your order may be cancelled include but not limited to quality issues/defect in the final product or fabric, delivery issues in your area, inaccuracies in pricing information or pricing error. You will be notified in such case. Also if the order is cancelled after the payment has been done then the entire amount will be reversed back to your account within 15 working days.
Shipping & Delivery
Since each book is made to order, and printed in-house, we take a minimum of 7-10 business days to process and dispatch your order
Although we strive our best to deliver your products on time, we do not guarantee the delivery of your order within the stipulated time frame. Pippal shall not be held responsible for such delays
Any extra cost incurred by us, in the event when we have to redeliver a product because you were unable to receive it or because by mistake you provided wrong name or delivery address, or we have to pay more to provide delivery to your area, will be borne by the customer.

Refund Policy: So, we don’t offer any refund on orders. In case of damaged product the amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within one week of receiving the product back or you can also opt for a store credit, which will be valid for six months.
Cost of return/exchange to be borne by the customer

Once we receive the product, a quality check will be conducted, post the check, we will process your exchange in 7 business days
On customized orders, no exchange, return, or refund is possible
